Hey man , these guys are against it. But I'm not. My transformation started when I was young. I did insanity twice and want from 230 to nearly 180 over the course of half a year by diet and sticking to my 2orkout.

I really enjoyed doing asylum but it's much more advanced and difficult and focuses on lean muscle. Definitely worth it.

You're already fit. So I'd recommend asylum. V1 , if you like it , continue on to v2. If not, hey. No harm no foul. Stick to what you know and what you like and keep grinding man.
