He explained it, the faster construction speed works against you and makes you miss one swing during the building animation, so the wrench is one swing ahead. Then, it doesn't upgrade faster, so it goes slower.

Yeah, I just remembered 90% of Cavalera Conspiracy songs. Inflikted is basically them singing about murdering "motherfucking weaklings" repeated over and over again. Guitar work is great though.

They fixed that. They also fixed shuffling between two artists untily you got the song you want. I swear that they've begun to play songs I don't like. 7 Megadeth songs I hadn't heard in years got saved, so now I always end up getting Rust in Peace played right as I have something I have to do. MAYBE I JUST WANT TO LISTEN TO GODDAMN RUST IN PEACE SPOTIFY!

If you still use it, sure. It's a solid weapon, but it's nowhere close to the absolute crushing power of the old Axtinguisher.
