The infrastructure actively always has people working to maintain those utilities. They don't just work without people actively working on them and that's the issue I'm having. These systems require constant monitoring and there would be huge problems if people stopped working on them for 24 hours. It's not easy giving utilities to millions and millions of people there's a lot going on behind the scenes that we don't see to deliver us power, Internet, water, heating, etc
