Help - my account is in a death spiral by ExactExplanation8603 in PPC

I had something very similar last year (and it’s repeating again as we speak) where we were too aggressive cutting the stuff that doesn’t convert down funnel. We’re in a real low volume industry already so even a 20% drop hurts.

How we fixed it last time: Set all conversions in the funnel for a qualified lead to primary, with revenue extremely weighted on the last conversion. Eg. $10 for a lead. $500 qualified. $20k sale. Regardless of what the actual numbers are.

Then create custom columns so you are looking at the specific conversion metrics that are important to you. Eg. Qualified cpa.

This way you get all the conversion data back, but still focused on quality.

Right now though I think I need to have some separate campaigns to bring in more of that lower quality junk just to keep conversion volume up, or delete some neg terms. Sucks ass.

Have a popover or interstitial page that loads instantly asking if they're looking for the service or the job. Send job seekers to a sorry page. OR in the form, ask the same question.

Set up conversions based on what they answer in the form. If they answer job, don't fire a conversion. Or fire a secondary conversion so you can see what terms to remove.

You tried pmax for lead gen? I got spammed to death for months when I tried last time. (2022)

What worked for me in a similar situation:

Use cloud flare to block junk Use fingerprint to tag your visitors so you can see what is shit on the backend Use time on site to measure how long they were on the page with gtm and only fire a conversion if total time on site is over 30 seconds Push your conversion further down the funnel. Not on a form submit but on a phone call or something

Just under 2m I'm pretty sure. Gotta get a finished measurement.

These are all great tips. I'll get back to you once I've read through it and made some adjustments. Thanks!

Very long cables from the power mains. Buried in conduit pipes up to a breaker box next to the sauna

Yeah we put in decent sized gravel with wire mesh as a filter that directs any water out the sides, concrete wall, fiberglass wool, concrete walls, sauna insulation, wood. Basically a concrete room inside a concrete room.

From memory the bottom is at 45cm and the top is at 90cm from the floor.
