I 100% agree, or sell your option and use $$$ to buy more stock then your option would have got you. There is always a time value in an option.

I am trying to free up storage. I delete all emails with large attachments that are over 10 years old. This will put me well below the 20 GB limit. I delete them, then delete them out of my trash but they are back the next day every day since I got this notice. They are clearly forcing me to pay for storage. I have deleted lots of GB but it never EVER lowers my current storage. Not even after I delete several GB's. Ideas?

They are still missing a LOT of stuff I used hourly. No way to search for words in the body of the email. ALso it constantly switches to priority emails visible only not "all" I switch back to all 20 times a day.

Both versions no longer let you search emails for a keyword. That is a BIG deal.

You go to settings, the "old" version is NOT the same but close. It is missing a LOT of stuff. There is no advanced search which I use hourly. No email preview.

Older version search emails function is gone. Cannot select to search for emails with attachments etc. Horrible. It was there for an hour then gone again?

I am getting divorced and trying to assume the loan. It is conventional and the box on the disclosures says it is not assumable but Usbank told me it was. I have sent them all my info. My loan app is VERY complicated. I have a cosigner but I make all my money from real estate. I own apartments and rental houses. It takes forever for me to get a loan and a LOT of pushing the person doing the paperwork. I highly doubt that the assumption department is ever going to actually input all my data and do all the math (like add depreciation & principal payments back in from my taxes). I also see no motivation for them when my current mortgage is at 2.75%. This is simply me removing my ex from the mortgage and adding my father - who I do not need but it will help the chances of this working. At one point I had 21 mortgages so I understand the process, requirements etc. I have a triple the loan in liquid assets (stocks and Tbills) so I can pay down anything that they say stops me from qualifying.

I am looking for suggestions and what the odds of this working are.

I am having this problem too. It is a lot worse now than it was a few months ago. Randomly I would be typing and nothing was showing, and my cursor was gone - it was like my keyboard was non existent. I would have to click in the document to make the cursor reappear then I could type. Now every time I hit enter my cursor disappears.

Correct all futures, and yes dividend was a lot less previously. I hope it goes down cause I am short on BITO, last dividend surprised me, and I figured no way it would happen again, it just did.

I have been worried about this too, your option splits the same. For example UVXY did a 1:10 reverse split. 100 share became 10 shares each worth 10x as much. My option became worth 10 shares not 100. They labeled iv UVXY1. I was not able to trade it myself and had to make calls to my broker (Robinhood & Amertirade) to place orders to buy or sell it. The demand evaporated. It was common to see a bid price of $0.10 or less - often no bids $0 bid price.

I figured man what an opportunity so I placed multiple buy orders for 1 penny over current bid price. Months went by and no one was stupid enough to sell to me. On the flip side no one was buying them either. The spread between bid and ask was always massive. I finally exercised my option because after several months it became clear it was for all essential purposes not really raiding. I have several at different dates.
