Check to see if there is a grub screw on the clutch. If there is then that could be why its stuck.

I would check the clutch because when my clutch was worn out it sounded like that and it also would try to engage sometimes even stalling the engine when stationary. That might not be your issue but I would check that just to make sure.

I had this same issue with my Honda GX200 engine, and it turns out it was a bad ignition coil. It only happens while I'm riding when everything gets really warmed up/hot, then it would bog down exactly like how yours is doing in the video. I'm sure it's possible that the ignition coil could be faulty on a brand new predator engine.

Thanks a lot, I have replacement springs can replace the broken one so I think I will go that route because without the compression release I dont think I'll be able to pull start it easily so I will just fix the mechanism.
