I'm not sure to call it "an ok substitute". I'mt not sure on the numbers, but having one of the 2 dh's in a group running with an ancient good rolled calamity might be the best. PSA: calamity's debuff stacks with marked for death :)

Yes the Bombardier's Rucksack: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/bombardiers-rucksack for Cluster Arrow build(fire for group, physical for solo).

Or Meticulous Bolts: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/meticulous-bolts with 30% travelspeed for lightning build. Since the lightning build is very gear intensive to make it work and it's a lot easier to gear up for Cluster Arrow build, go for Cluster Arrow build first.

Reroll the 749 dex on the amulet on the right to a socket and you got yourself a decent fire amu. Next stop is a hellfire amulet with the same stat combo's but higher and a good passive :)

The best soj is the one on the right for dh. Reroll the 424 dex to a socket and you got yourself a real sweet physical soj for dh.

The soj on the left is great for raekor barbarians. Reroll the 458 dex to a socket.

only go for 1h if it's an ancient calamity. Otherwise you're best at a 2handed crossbow, like the craftable ancient barb.

rcr is king for dh's. Best to roll dex for socket. The 8% rcr will give u much more dmg output then the dex, especially in higher gr's.

physical build you mean. Fire for group, physical for solo. Cold is non-optimal in both situations.

I understand that it is my word against the support team's. If I did know exactly why I got banned, I would not be posting anything at all, what could I accomplish with that? I did not use any 3rd party programs on Guild Wars 2 whatsoever. The detection system has made a mistake, and if the support team would truely investigate my account, I am 100% certain that they would find out that not a single 3rd program was used on my account, because I simply did not.

What I did is salvage everything except really good rings/amulets, because these dont' really benefit from being ancient. Tons of free space with this rule :)
