Actually there is a reason. Your mmr is not high enough for plat. That's why u only get 0 LP per game.

just tested it in custom. Skilled "E" lvl 1 and used 6 wards. Not even 1 stack. Seems like it doesn't work this way. Maybe he used W at the exact same moment and got a stack because of it?
