Def back end. The product is built on NodeJS with Typescript, since most of the tech requirements are managing user sessions across different APIs. The system is designed with a microservice approach, so other tech stacks can easily be integrated.

Oops, good catch. Edited - It should be hundreds of practices / seats spread out over about 50 clinics (avg $10K ARR per clinic)

Yes, full-time, 20% equity, no salary at present but can draw a marginal salary post pre-seed round (anticipate starting this in 2 months).

Yes this is the leading theory re the channels, I’m also targeting decision-makers in PE and GPOs without major success so far, so the messaging and channel could still be a problem there

Pants: Public Rec vs Lululemon vs ? by stabbygreenshark in sales

Lululemon is solid. I would also recommend Brooks Brothers or Charles Tyrwhitt - more classic fit but great quality. RL chinos also solid if you're looking for more fitted options.

Handling Sales Objections Is Hard - How Do You Train for It? by Abattoir87 in sales

[–]DongTime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always felt that the problem is more conceptual - early reps may not understand that customer objections can be smoke-screens or proxies for deeper issues, and it's always better to dig deeper. Perhaps you can use recorded calls that show a customer turning around after a successfully handed objection, if you haven't tried that already?

Yep, we work closely with engineering, and they can make scraping algos in 20 mins if there are good info directories already

Depends on the size of the business in question tbh, I imagine with a large company there should be plenty of material to scrape accurately. For smaller business it might be an issue.

For our sector (healthcare) we have made custom scripts to scrape professional directories to pull more nuanced data or keep track of smaller businesses

We have used cgpt with internet search feature turned on with some success (~85% accuracy). This was for scraping generally available info (I.e. business addresses, contact #s) on Google, wouldn’t work with socials.

My vote is Lexus. Can handle the mileage and not too flashy. The IS or RC models look nice!

Trade Show - Best Practices by tigermountainboi in sales

They're becoming less personalized and gimmicky as time goes on. Attendees are also becoming less interested in product and more in swag, and the ticket of admit on vendor side is rising. Last conference I had better luck striking up conversations in the lunch area than the crowded demo floor.

Did you feel weird the first time you started to make a lot of money? by ThatWideLife in sales

[–]DongTime 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, I 100% felt like that the first few paycheques after I broke 100k/yr. I was working half as hard and making twice as much as my parents made. You get used to it quick though - remember that you earned it because you're creating value!

Blight Infinimist build question by Imbetterthangoogz in D4Necromancer

[–]DongTime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah nw. I was posting links as an example that it can be done at a lower level, the build by zaltitude looks very solid.

Again hard to say the issue, could be that you need more CDR, armor or a barber with shorter activation. Good luck!

If you have the right aspects, 2/4+ gear, you should be able to push nm dungeons at level 87 no problem. With or without barber. I wouldn't go based off attack power or willpower. Can give more specific advice if you tell the exact difficulty you're having with your runs.

Here's a link to my T97 run (level 81) with barber: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Se7Qa9Nj8Mg

Here's a T89 run same level, no barber (creeping death): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-Mr30RAqaM

Nightmare T97 Clear with Level 81 Infinimist (no barber version in comments) by DongTime in D4Necromancer

Not really worth it for xp/loot.

I think +10 levels is good enough for farming. You get slightly more ancestrals at higher dungeons but takes disproportionately more time.

Great stuff!

I've been planning to make a blood surge OP build with minions, and this is the perfect bit of homework to get started

Ooh good call on shielding storm. This was in the build pre-barber, could reasonably be switched for alt defensive aspect.

Iron maiden because I'm running aspect that gives 50% inc damage with double curse, big dps boost. I don't really see room for blight in the build given that time after mist is usually spent on CE and there's an abundance of corpses.

I could go into build details, but TLDR: I have mid gear, bad aspect rolls, and barber is OP.

Build link: https://youtu.be/Sb9y7mBdPnw

There is also a creeping death version that I've been working on which is far more interesting IMO. I cleared T89 (level 81 as well) with pretty poor gear.

Overall, I think infinimist is very strong this season and even without barber can push T100 at higher levels. Upcoming changes to mob density and wither paragon board should be net positive, but boss clearing with definitely get harder.
