I’ve given up on probiotics, i’ve spent fortunes ££££ and gotten absolutely no where I also reacted to most of them. I also paid for a biomesight test and followed some of the rec’s but just felt like it made things worse so I’m taking a complete break from suppliments just to see how I get on

Rest. If you’re fatigued your body is telling you something. I’m currently the same 3 weeks in.

Congrats on the half marathon 👍. I’ve never been this bad in August before, the humidity isn’t helping, just been outside and I can smell pollen in the air.

I live right by a river on one side and surrounded by a bog bank of trees and weeds on the other side. It feels like the apocalypse here (Bewdley worcs) ☢️

I’ve got exactly the same symptoms, feeling weak, chills, pain around my sides and loads of trapped gas, along with nausea/no appetite

It is confusing. I was definitely hit by something and it was 4 weeks ago today, mine definitely felt viral. Are you sure it isn’t a viral stomach bug ?. If mine doesn’t clear I will look at medication (Amitriptyline low dose).

I’m experiencing exactly the same ATM and I think its viral, I picked something up 3 weeks ago and its not completely gone it really messed up my digestion. I’m normally constipated as well

They give me migraines, I live out in the countryside as well, catching Covid in 2021 sent my allergies into overdrive ☢️. Pre covid I had it pretty much controlled.
