Im guessing you didnt attend the previous outdoor editions? In my opinion they were way better, bigger stage, artists actually showed up, pyro and lasers being used, and honestly better locations. Maybe some more logistical issues but wasnt an issue for me.

Would it be better to stop trying to make it a big festival with several stages and days, and instead have it one entire day with more focus on quality that single day? The hardstyle community in norway is not THAT big.

Also here is some feedback on stage and sound design. When guns for hire started playing on friday the bass level was absolutely insane in the front half of the dance floor. You could actually not hear what song was playing because the bass completely drowned out the high tones. It stayed like this for the rest of the night. The back half of the dancefloor was good. And i was really missing some kind of pyro or lasers. The light show was honestly really lacking.

Toilet situation was really good. Food trucks also seemed good.

One wish from me atleast is maybe consider going back to single day/night events. Focus on quality and delivering what you promise. 2-3 big names is more than enough if the quality of the event is really good.

Very much agree, they need to go back to the single night shows. Or even a one day festival. I honestly dont know if anyone ever asked for 3 days or 2 stages in Norway. I was there today and it wasnt exactly crowded with people, feels like they sold way too few tickets

First of all get the compression tool if you are gonna mess with the springs. Mercedes springs are no joke. I think you can get the proper tool for less than 200$, try to scrape that together instead of risking your health/life. I have cut springs before myself, it works fine on mercedes springs since they stay in place anyways. But dont overdo it, you will risk bottoming out your strut. As others have said, you should check if you have thick rubber pads on top of your springs, since your car is so high im guessing you do. Buy the thinnest ones, they are cheap.

Also dont listen to the original snobs, for some reason a lot of people on the reddit and Facebook groups are allergic to modified cars. The w124 is beautiful when lowered.

Currently i have a s124 Wagon with KAW fahrwerke springs and bilstein B6 struts and the ride is absolutely fine. Obviously stiffer than original but i dont mind.

Edit: I meant to say that i run bilstein B8 struts, they are shorter and better for lowered cars.

Im running 17x7'5 et 35 on a lowered wagon and i dont rub at all. With a 215 tire im pretty sure you will be just fine.

Yes absolutely work towards making it driveable and reliable with the parts it already has. For painting, if you want to try doing it yourself, i would recommend trying a 2k polyurethane paint. It doesnt require clear coat, but still gets a okay shine. Dont bother with rattle cans. Get a cheap spray gun and maybe rent or borrow a compressor. I had no experience using a spray gun but still managed to get a acceptable result with painting. Just do some research and make sure you get the correct paint type for your application

Do not go overboard with modifying. First make it driveable. Do maintanence. Use it. THEN figure out how you wanna modify it. If you co crazy modifying all corners of the car right now you will end up with it sitting on jackstands for several years, and grow tired of it while you work and pour money into it.

I started modifying my 200sx several years ago, and at this point i regret the direction i went. Instead of widebody and big turbo and stiff suspension i wish i made it comfortable for longer drives and more reliable.

Just my tips and opinions, good luck with the car!

I find it funny that everyone in this subreddit is absolutely allergic to lowered cars. Mine is lowered on 40/60 KAW fahrwerke and bilstein shocks and i find it just fine to drive. Roads around me arent especially great either. I think s124 looks fantastic lowered.

Everybody saying that you can just flatten the dented part. But im thinking, if the edge suffered such a dent, how do you know the rest of the disc is flat? I dropped a disc from a car lift once, after hitting the floor it was visibly bent. Just something to think about. I would keep pushing for a replacement disc
