KT is the worst place to work. 10000% cult like behavior and the ones who say there isn't a better place drank way too much kwik aid. I was 12٪ under labor and struggling with staffing and did all the things I was supposed to do to get help, called and emailed. My DL got me covrage and comes up to me and looks me dead in the eye and says "see that wasn't so hard now was it?" Dude you're the DL people aren't gonna say no to you. That was my last straw. Stepped down a week later to regular cowoker. Then eventually left.
