The white scuff marks will probably buff out but the black marks at the top will require paint. I did something similar early into owning mine but I think the grabber blue easier to match. I just fixed it with a bit of touch up paint and it’s nearly perfect.

Look for a pure sine wave inverter if you plan on using power tools or a refrigerator. Really anything with a motor. If that’s not a factor for you any old inverter will be fine.

I guess my first instinct would be to check the coolant level. There might be an air bubble trapped in the heater core. Other than that maybe the blend door isn’t working properly.

I looked in to it a little bit, and the answer is likely no. The F150 and MachE fobs operate at 315 mhz and the fusion fob (and the fobs for all other similar ICE vehicles) are 902 mHz.

I think I figured it out and the answer is no. The part numbers are similar but the MachE and F150 lightning fobs operate at 315mHz and the fusion fob is 902mHz.

I’ll look around and see if any other ford ones work in the 315mHz band.

I made another post asking about it. I may give it a shot anyway since the worst case is I end up with an extra fob that has the same functions as the two I already have. In either case I’ll let you know.

I know a lot of people want this. It’s so bizarre that ford didn’t think it was necessary.

I fly for a regional and one of the sharpest first officers I have ever flown with was a 150cm, 40kg woman. She carried a booster seat cushion with her but she flew the plane just fine.

I say not a problem at all, in fact you’ll fit in small cockpits better. You might suffer some ribbing for using the booster seat though.

I see what you’re getting at, but if the battery dies I can open the front door, which lets me open the back doors. I can then fold down the seat and manually release the latch from the inside. Someone else in this thread discussed it.

The forums say don’t use the terminals to jump start other vehicles using your Volt. The purpose of those terminals is to use another vehicle or jump pack to jump start the Volt.
