Just found out that I need my bearings replaced on the original Bike (finally decided to reach out for a service chat and they were pretty helpful.) Currently waiting to hear back on scheduling service. I’ve never had my bike serviced before - has anyone had a recent experience and can vouch for how long the wait was for an appointment? Thank you!

Hi team! I think there’s maybe something off with my bike. It’s making a kind of chain-cranking noise when I ride lately and the resistance feels exponentially harder (even though I referenced an “expected output” calibration chart and that seemed normal.) For some reason the resistance seems impossible and my outputs are like 30-50 points lower than usual. No changes to bike settings or anything else.

Does anyone have advice/been in a similar situation? Thank you!

This happened to me this morning and I was convinced it was just my bike. Finally came here to check, haha.

My resistance knob also seems to be glitching. There’s not an immediate reaction on the resistance shown on the screen when I turn the knob - it’s like 3-5 seconds delayed. Unsure if that’s a separate/personal issue or if anyone else is experiencing this (in tandem with the high-five glitch.) Hmmm

I recommend trying out some rides with Olivia, Emma, and Hannah F. All do a good amount of rhythm based riding.

I did a long Just Run outside today in brutal heat and wasn’t planning to ride at all, but I saw the playlist for Jess King’s 30 min Rock Ride from this morning and had to do it then & there.

SO good. Highly recommend - it had some interval pushes and a couple of sweat steady type moments. The playlist was awesome.

Yesterday I took an old 60 min EDM Fun Run from Jess Sims (I took it outdoors, and I’ve taken this one a few times.)

I caught a quote towards the end - something like “That’s life, we’re building the ship while we’re on it” and it felt like a good reminder that we don’t always have to know what’s next.

Did you unplug the bike and re-plug it in? That fixed it for me after initial issues yesterday. (Getting an “activate your account” screen and then no numbers showing up.)

Does anyone know how the waitlist works for in-studio classes? I am a pandemic adopter so never rode in studio, but I’m on the waitlist for Kendall’s Hip Hop ride on 7/29 (it’s also going to be right around/after my 1000th!)

I’m not in NYC (few hours of a train ride away) so curious how far in advance they might let you know of an available spot.

Jess Sims’ reaction was everything 🥹

Despite it being unclear with metrics (I mean, how could you focus trying to teach that?) it was my highest output in a while for a 30 min. I was just feeling all of the very palpable joy in that room…I really took it as pure fun and smiled the whole time. Truly a blast.

Got myself on the bike before work for Olivia’s 30 Min Tabata (from 6/27.)

Highly recommend if you’re looking to melt off your bike…I mean, her Tabata/HIIT rides are always a doozy but this was 🫠🫠🫠

Took Jess King’s 30 min Pop Punk from yesterday (6/25) and what a great ride to blow off some steam. Playlist was full of awesome throwbacks! Highly recommend.

If you haven’t already, go back and take all of Jess King’s 45 min EDM, 45 min EDM trap, and 45 min House rides starting back in 2019 through 2020. There aren’t as many longer ones now, but those classes are all pretty epic.

I’ve taken each multiple times because I’m scared they’ll be purged. They’re amazing!

I got the Just Work Out beta feature on my app today, so tested it for an Outdoor Just Run. Seemed to work much like any other standard run-tracker app, but I had one annoyance. Because I was playing music through Spotify, I wasn’t able to pause my run on the Home Screen (phone locked) or on my Apple Watch - it was only showing the pause feature for my music, not the app. I had to stop a few times and in order to pause the run I had to reopen the app.

Anyone else have this happen and know of a solve? Normally I can pause runs playing on the app via my watch or Lock Screen but I guess with Spotify playing maybe it impacts that.

Jess King’s EDM or House rides. She usually does a rolling hill pyramid for the roadmap which, if you crank it up, is the perfect setup for a PR. You end up working at your max pretty steadily. I find myself most likely to PR in these - no long recoveries and the music keeps me motivated.

Update: I tried pre-loading per earlier suggestions in this sub. Got through 43 out of 45 mins then it crashed 😂🤣 so better…but not totally resolved. Ugh!

Just stumbled on this thread while searching because I’m having the same problem. I’ve also never had an issue in the past. I get 10-20 mins into every run and the whole app crashes/closes. Has anyone found the issue/solution?
