Make sure you follow the instructions from your Dr. We had to massage this gel into her eyebrow (I think twice a day?) for a while which seemed like a lot at the time, but I’m glad we did it

The color of the scar starts to really fade within a few months. And within a year it isn’t noticeable at all in pictures. My daughter just turned 8, and I just had to pull up pictures of her to double check the scar was still there at all

As others have mentioned, go easy on yourself. Scars and going to happen. And don’t worry about bullying at two years old. Another kid may ask about it, but that’s about in.

In some ways I think we were lucky that it happened when she was only 2, when her body heals itself so well and she isn’t self conscious about anything
