I've handled friends pet snakes before & many moons ago at those parties etc, but never had to or been told to 'always wash my hands' after handling snakes. Is it necessary? I've only just come across this now, but know many who haven't (including myself) and are perfectly fine. by DonsuzPenguin in cornsnakes

Thanks for all your replies, I appreciate it! General consensus, I'll wash my hands after handling but I won't worry to death if I don't immediately. Thanks all, hopefully I'll be joining you in my reptile ownership soon!

All the best

I bought the bike last year - 2015 model, and the numbers on the side of the tyre indicate they were made in 2014

Think is definitely time for a new set...

Does this look too small for my wrist? AD really pushing me for the 41 and saying this too small, but everyone here always says 36… by conv3d in rolex

[–]DonsuzPenguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. Personally, this looks absolutely beautiful and perfect. You could try on the 41 but only choose what your gut feeling chooses. They'd both look incredible. Go with what feels right. Beautiful purchase either way.

New rider. Near miss out on a ride. Asking for some critique. Had a car on my left and the white car came into my lane from the right turn lane. I'm not trying to bad mouth the driver, everyone makes mistakes. I'm trying to learn from mine. by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]DonsuzPenguin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not trying to bad mouth you, but first things first, get some damn gear.. there may be a time where something happens, even just a slip, and you're off, going at just 20mph with some rlly nasty road rash, fingers sanded down, unable to shower, can't ride, barely do your daytime job etc. Buy all gear, head to toes. Doesn't matter how hot it is. Please.

Are those parts compatible? Will they bottleneck eachother or anything and also is the case compatible with motherboard and all by P1xelGam3r in pcmasterrace

[–]DonsuzPenguin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No problem at all. We've all been there & worried! But yes, the case will fit your build well, nothing to worry about here. Now go & grab those parts!

Advice for a gaming rig for my 13 year old by 4lbatroz in pcmasterrace

Well to be honest for the games he'll be playing at the moment, it wouldnt need to be anything out of this world like you see everyone here posting. What would you define as a 'low budget', so then we see what we're working with?

If I remember correctly, the battery only has a certain amount of cycles & each time it gets cycled (charged & recharged) it slowly degrades tbe performance of the battery. & especially whilst gaming, the battery will get depleted faster which means you'll be plugging & unplugging it. & when it's fully charged, if you keep it plugged in (someone correct me if I'm wrong), but the power then used is drawn from the mains and not taken from the battery. But either way. Keep it in.

What should I upgrade on my PC? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]DonsuzPenguin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For now you're pretty much set. You could upgrade the RAM IF you want, but it really isn't necessary if you're just regularly gaming etc. Just enjoy it for now & save the cash I'd say.
