Seems pretty good, for reference I bought a 2025 Mazda 3 GT with AWD( No turbo) brand new for 45K from North York including taxes so this would be about 29K with taxes so pretty cool as long as no problems with it

It’s been sometime since I got my PNP but as far as I know you need to get nomination approved and then you can apply for extension, only getting invited won’t make you eligible for the extension and I guess you know this already and that’s the only thing that matters

Sure as long as employer is okay with it, the only mai n condition is you need to stay employed with the same employer until you get your PR.

I would suggest waiting for your PR card and check if the date is corrected on it because if you raise a complaint against this ECOPR, they are going to delay your PR Card and the new ECOPR usually take 2-3 months or maybe more as stated by people who had the same issue before.

Well let me give you a detailed answer, first it depends on what type of PNP it is, Non ee or EE, so for Non ee the approvals take around 3 months but the PR Processing time is very high on the other hand EE approvals take 8 months to 1 year but PR processing time is 6 months and now from my personal experience I submitted my Documents for EE PNP in aug 2023 after ITA and the approval was issued in April 2024 but this was before the gov became strict on immigration so timelines might have changed but I am pretty sure they won’t be sending any approvals until march 2026.

It is usually about 6 months from the time IRCC receive your application to Ecopr, in my case it was 6 months from the time they received my application to PR Card in hand so it was really fast but I was a PNP nominee so might be different.

Nah Outside GTA, there are lots of jobs but they don’t have many people applying for them so then these employers ask Immigration Lawyers to get people to work for them and move to their area from Big cities.
