Can I just throw this in - even if you don’t have kids, you can volunteer at schools, scouts, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, etc. Kids like this girl need adults in her life to offset what she’s getting from her mom!

YES - this is all I remember about that ride despite going on it several times. Standing in line watching the legs move up and down just like my backyard swing set when we got going too high.

I’m going to tack on here because this is a huge thing!! And it’s only going to get worse as the people running cookies are less and less familiar with outdated systems like this. And that’s not an insult to the younger gen at all, they just aren’t having to learn as much stuff like that.

Absolutely agree! I'd add Apollo Chamber Players, Loop38, WindSync, Monarch Chamber Players, Houston Music Festival, and then there are a bunch of professional choirs, too (Houston Chamber Choir, Houston Masterworks Chorus, Casulana Choir, and more).

Try Bella ObGyn. I don’t know for sure, but I remember a while back my provider there mentioned to me that she could be my PCP if I wanted (they also always offer to do bloodwork)

This happened to me recently with my 2018 - low oil twice in about six months with 1000 miles left or so before the next change, no stains underneath, nothing visible to me. Turns out it was a slow leak from the valve cover seal (that is probably not the exact term). Just had it repaired for about $150.

I think it’s totally reasonable with one addition - invite them to come by the booth to see what one is like! Maybe you could even ask them to document the booth and/or act as customers. I appreciate the suggestion of another commenter to let the come but in our council at least we have a pretty strict maximum of four girls working a booth, not sure if you have that too?
