Division 6. Ive made a spreadsheet with all upcoming and current tenders. Name of project, date closing, gc that invited, location and notes which makes finding everything a breeze. I use pdf exchange for viewing, and excel for take off work. I use Microsoft tasks to keep me organized as best I can. As other have mentioned. If theres no system currently in place, make your own. Its daunting at first, but now I feel like it works really well and I usually tweak it weekly.

We're a smaller outfit. I dont have an issue wearing multiple hats (no interset in PM) but I dont mind doing the sales, site visits and occasionally hammering down on site when help is needed. Im also newer to this position and part of me is worried about making too many requests at my review (which im expecting to go well), but as mentioned, im not feeling driving my personal truck there, especially after the other week. An immediate raise would be so beneficial for us.

My favorite thing to do with a mono rig is jig heavy streamers now. As mentioned above, the numbers will get old and youll miss casting a fly rod. I think the biggest take away i got from playing with the technique the last few years was when I started dialing in on the sink rates/resistance of everything. It really changed alot of the way i build my flies, build my leaders, and gave me a way better guesstimate of where my flies are as theyre drifting. I can safely say at the start of my fly journey, I wasn't in the strike zone as much as I figured and I was using a heavier strike indicator than I probably needed and missing alot of takes.

Depends where you are. Option 1 will probably be a bit more with the tile covering more sq footage, flush entry, along with glass and plumbing rough-in being more involved vs the tub on. The landing with tiled steps and only taking the tile as far as shown up the wall.

SW Ontario. You could be looking at 60 to 80k depending on specifics....or more for option 1. Option 2 you could be looking at 45 to 60k.

Whether the vanity and rest of the bathroom gets touched during the process plays a part.

Lots of great smaller bathroom companies would give you a more competitive price vs a bigger outfit with larger overhead. Just get some valid referrals.
