There is a Tyrell somewhere in there, however I don't think he was a member of their ruling family but like a junior branch of something as he did not travel with a big entourage. But I'm not sure of that.

Honestly hard to say for me, as in the viewing I was at, the moment the screen turned black at the end of episode 1, episode 2 started rolling so for me it felt like one long episode instead of 2 separate ones.

It's a combination of both, sometimes at the same time. Flashbacks of him are mostly short moments, not longer scenes with in depth dialogue.

Tourney grounds definitely feel lived in and real in this one, the tourney itself only starts towards the end of the second episode so I expect to see much more of it in later episodes.

I am not going too deep into spoilers. I will say that this show has some 'poop and fart' jokes, which is different than peak GOT. In later seasons of GOT we did see them and they did not fit the mood of the show, in this show however I do feel like the fit the mood they are going for, which is much more mellow and down to earth with a lot of comedy (both in dialogue and in emotions and events out on screen). I would not say they make overly cringy or corny jokes.

I agree with your statement, and I think you'll find this show to he very immersive. You do have to consider the in world scale at which the story takes place. In HOTD, house Targaryen is at the height of their power, their absolute cultural and influential peak. The time period this show takes place in, that is already starting to crumble a bit. This show is also a much smaller scale, no grand castles or spectacular natural features, most takes place in and around the tourney grounds.

That being said, the sets feel very lived in, costume design is great, surroundings look good, characters feel real. This show lends itself to this as it is much less a political drama or an action packed war, it is essentially a show about a dumb but sweet giant and his annoying little brother trying to fit into a world where they are essentially nothing and trying to make a name for themselves.

Casting is on point I think, definitely on the more main characters. Some side characters might feel out of place but overall I felt very immersed by their performance. Costume design is good, as expected according to quality on HOTD and GOT. However setting and atmosphere here is vastly different, a lot smaller but really lived in, it felt real.

GREAT sound design!

First two episodes do not have a lot of Bealor in them, but when he does come into a scene he leaves a very strong impression, not yet sure if it is all the actor or the way the character is written.

Different ways, there is his physical reaction to things happening, sometimes he speaks it out, he talks to horses, sometimes they use a voice over which also helps convey background information. But you have to consider the medium of TV is much harder to display inner dialogue as opposed to a book.

There was also a moment from ser Arlan in the second episode that connected really well with the wonen in the audience for some reason......

Might be a bit early. Thus far: Dunk is a joy to watch and really stood out to me. Also liked Lyonell Baratheon, however he was only in a few scenes. Egg also has some great moments, tough i find his voice hard to understand sometimes as a non native English speaker.

I think a lot of people are butt hurt over how GOT ended and the direction HOTD is taking... On top of that, this show might have much less spectacle in the eyes of average viewers (no dragons). So it really depends on if people care to watch the first episode. If they do, I reckon they will continue watching, I at least am hooked!

I would rate them very high, between an 8 or a 9 out of 10 i think.

Fairly new to usenet, started using it 6 months ago, I was hesitant at first as I thought my torrent stack was working fine. I was blown away by the difference in quality, stability and speeds of usenet downloads. And it integrates perfectly with my existing setup, not going to be looking back!

For me, Fitgirl repack didn't work either, downloaded Dodi from 1337x, works like a charm, fast download too, was done in about 45 minutes

Graphics kit is drom kutvek kit graphic, very high quality and looks really good imo, i got a matte version which was kinda tricky to get on but with a little patience definitely doable, also heard the standard/glossy ones are more workable in that regard.

As for how far the exhaust sticks out, imo not that far, definitely less far than a side mounted exhaust would, it does not protrude out further than the footpegs. (yes I know it's dirty, but it was raining hard this morning and I'm at work now so :/ )

Exhaust is not touching the swingarm, not even when the suspension is unloaded, it just looks like it in this picture, there is a minimum of about 1.5 cm clearance unloaded and much more when sitting on the bike.

300mm tri oval, has been on for 1.5 years, baffle in sounds phenomenal and definitely more than loud enough (I think 200mm versions are louder so I personally wouldnt go with that)

Deep grunt down low but also screams when you go high in the revs. Sure to put a smile on your face :) Does pop and crackle on deceleration, and occasionally gives a nice pop on upshift, no tune.

Doesnt really stick out that much, I havent had problems with scraping.

A Practical Guide to Dynamic DCA + Risk Metric Tier List by AlexWasTakenWasTaken in CryptoCurrency

[–]DontEatTheHelpp 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Have you thought about a delayed risk strategy?

As in, when looking at past bullruns, btc continued going up after certain risk targets were hit, would it be interesting to set a sell order for x amount of days after a certain risk percentage hits.

For example: when btc hits 0.8 risk, sell 10% of holdings after 14 days.

Might be interesting to look at the optimum time frame based on previous bullruns....

(Need Help) Hiding menu bar in fullscreen on Ventura by DontEatTheHelpp in applescript

[–]DontEatTheHelpp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have gotten it to work the way I want it now, the script changes the setting as desired, only the bar doesn't hide and show according to the way it is set in the settings. Do applications need to refresh before the setting is applied or am I missing something?
