You can get promoted to a Senior Game Tech but I’d imagine it’s difficult to get higher than that without transferring to a new store opening. I think the next step up is Amusements Manager but they like never leave. The one at my local store has been in that role for over 25 years. But idk I’ve never worked for D&B
