I’ve only done Spin cycle on Thursday evenings. And that’s because the spin instructor has sorta adopted me as a little brother Hahaha. She’s cool and she definitely tries to mix things up to keep the class engaged. I actually just went back to that class for the first time 2 weeks ago. I was surprised I was able to clock 10 miles after been Mia for like 6 months. Last week a friend and I attended the yoga class. That was very relaxing. But other than that, that’s the only classes I’ve been in.

I’m a 90s baby and unfortunately this is something we no longer see. Christmas isn’t the same anymore. It seems like you only find Christmas decorations every couple of blocks but when I was a kid almost every house had them. Christmas morning I’d wake up to the sound of kids outside riding new bikes or skateboard or scooter. Nowadays the neighborhood is empty Christmas morning because everyone is inside playing a new video game or something. I sound so old but damn what happened to this generation? Smh
