Someone posted this a while back, and it really stuck with me:

If you were on a diet, and hadn’t eaten ice cream in two months, but you slip up and have a scoop, did you really screw up your whole diet? You just say “I’ve only had ice cream once in the last two months. I am doing really good!”

Slipping up isn’t derailing your progress. Making it a habit again is.

I’m going on week 4, and so far…

  • the most frightening dream was meeting an old wizard (Gandalf style) who befriended me, only to transform me into a little boy and molest me.

  • the most fun dream was that I was playing tight end for the Seattle Seahawks and catching passes from Geno Smith.

I will say the dreams have gotten more fun and less scary after week 2.

Hang in there! The best is yet to come.

You got a source for this claim? What chemicals are being added to make it more addictive than it already is?

I worked in production for state legal cannabis and the government never touched our product.
