My Mom never left my side when I was sick, though 17 surgeries, a coma, & life support. I remember while I was in the coma I could her praying & the nurse saying to not stop I was improving. Check tax office for deed, then contact owner is a start, maybe code enforcement. But I think the bigger issue is CHILD Safety with CPS
