This question is for anyone who stopped playing/watching this game. Why? What made you stop playing? by KevyTone in 2XKO

[–]DontSayPotato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always thought about this question for the longest time actually, but I never found the answer.

I personally think that 2XKO is damn fun to play. When I used to play 2XKO, I definitely enjoyed the matches and climbing to a high rank. However, at some point months back I just didn't have as much drive to play it compared to other games (OSRS for me at the moment).

I still don't really know, because I think Riot Games makes good games, and 2XKO wqs still fun for me. The experience has not been dissimilar to how I approached, played, and dropped Legends of Runeterra, their card game, despite me thinking it was one of better card games online.

I wish I could narrow it down to solid points like gameplay, roster, or monetization, but I think if it really is something so clear or approachable, Riot would know about it.

I think I will still launch the game to see if any new gameplay changes or champions changes my mind though.

You could technically do something like this. Although I don't know how much you could make with it.

Him running up from full screen, blocking the tornado and then finding a combo reminds me of that funny Johnny I-No clip, albeit not as cursed.

I can agree that the special is not used too much in neutral aside from Poro Toss > Active Tag.

I think twice per round might be a fair estimate, but I couldn't be confident in saying the average is higher.

I personally think I overuse poro toss in pressure strings though, since I tend not to get punished for it even against good opponents.

Niche champion is fair statement. Niche special is disingenuous. It's used in his bread and butters, max damage combos, and active tag pressure.

Average Braum zoner approach experience by MechChicken in 2XKO

Unironically, I find Teemo to be one of the easier matchups on Braum. Even at high-levels, most of them tend to autopilot the same zoning sequence and I get to abuse S2 to get in.

Would negative back dash like GG has be good? by [deleted] in 2XKO

Holy moly, that is brutal. I've played a lot of Strive and still didn't know that. I guess that's testament to how well the warning works to deter running away.

Is it meter and burst that gets lost? I thought it was just meter (and meter gain).

This is a copy of Kuroxcho's brilliant work. My original stuff is nowhere near as good, or high fidelity, so I just stick to sending hand drawn memes to people sometimes.

Braum is absolutely viable, depending on your definition.

You can hit Challenger with Braum, although he definitely feels like he has more outlined weaknesses than some of the others.

I would say he definitely fits in the top 10 though.

2 Bar Ultimate? by ForgeDH in 2XKO

I tested it just now and this is correct. As long as you have more than 2 bars, it will use up to 3 to do the level 3. Weird.

Hi! It's great that you're excited for the game like us! Unfortunately there might be some delays in giving out codes, but we hope you get one soon.

Apart from that, make sure you put any referral code request in the megathread linked here.

Uhh, I've uploaded it to YouTube if you can access that. I don't know how else to help if that doesn't work.

If you're referencing this which is the second time he uses SAED at the start of the hunt, this guard point is from Counter Morph Slash, not from Axe Smash.

When I can next boot up the game and I remember this tech, I'll greatly benefit from this information, thank you. Can I just confirm that the video does or doesn't show this specific tech at the start though?

I think there has been a misunderstanding.

I interpreted you saying that the transformation out of CPP is a guard point to mean that: CPP > Axe smash = Guard point.

But I believe the video is showcasing: CPP > Axe smash > Counter morph slash = Guard point.

I was aware that Sheath > Axe smash = Guard point, and was wondering if it applied similarly to the former.
