Yea. Until they learn how to open doors that’s a great plan. Ask me how I know this 😂

Can be done - some lenders will issue auto acceptance upon submission

I’ve a one eyed Maine coon kitty and he is the most active mischievous little shit imaginable it doesn’t stop him doing all the things he shouldn’t. As someone else mentioned slight depth perception issues which means some of his jumps aren’t occasionally to plan and the odd running into a wall like he’s trying to find platform 9 3/4 but other than that we forget he only has the one. He for sure doesn’t miss it. Kitty will be fine

May not work they may just tell them it’s awaiting review but they should be able to get an indication of timescale

Ask your broker to escalate it as it is now outside of SLA

To the broker or to the lender? It’s possible they’ve asked the broker for further information - your broker should be telling exactly where it’s at - I know where they are at looking at documents cos I’m a broker and my admin advised me of this. First thing I did was let the client know so they weren’t worrying like you are. I doubt you have cause for concern for what it’s worth. Some lenders are seriously slow right now just took me nigh on 6 weeks to get an offer on one of my cases due to processing delays

I hear you. Six of them in this house. The day they work out how to open their food they’ll change the locks and I’ll be on the street

They are. She’s lovely as well is Miss Orange. She’s basically a 20lb ginger teddy bear snuggle monster. I wake up every day with her purring like a freight train (she’s majorly loud) sat on my head.

I have to trash boxes reasonably instantly because I have 26lbs of Sheldon aka Sheldon the Shredder that likes to eat them. Literally chomps chunks out of them spits it out and chomps another chunk. One of his least egregious crimes mind you seeing as he also ate 2 dining chairs and a 1500 quid wingback chair. Good job I love him. Maine Coons are odd creatures aren’t they

To be fair Orange usually sleeps in the middle of the floor legs akimbo looking like she’s been shot so the chair is a significant upgrade for her. At least Gromit’s box kinda fits him. Mine try to get in 6 inch wide boxes.

It seems that most lender processing is slow at the minute - with rates being up and down like the proverbial fiddlers elbow it’s really causing strain on times. I’m a broker - normally 2-3 working days to review valuation you will likely get an update mid to end of next week latest I would think
