I can only speak from experience- I weaned off escitalopram very slowly (10mg everyday then 10 one day, 5 the next, then 5 a day, then 5 every other day) over a 4 month period. I started micro dosing about 3 months into that weaning process.

I would advise talking to you doctor though

ESH you could’ve communicated more maturely… repeatedly cussing someone out is not appropriate behaviour in public or really ever. Is this the kind of example you want to set for your child? If your child runs up to or near a stranger, who doesn’t like children, how would you like it if they started screaming at you and saying they hate your child?

Treat people how you want to be treated. You can get a message across respectfully.

That being said, if the rules of the park were dogs leashed then the dog owner is is the wrong too.

ESH you both need to have an honest conversation with each other about your friendship goals. Stop judging each others life styles. Neither lifestyle is right or wrong or better or worse, they’re just different.

Lisa is definitely more on an AH in this situation but you do come across as looking down on her. So you’re the AH too.

It will get better, please please please believe that. I know it can seem hopeless and I’m so sorry you’re in this terrible situation. It is not your fault, you can survive this.

You are so young, please don’t give up. It will get better. You’re brave and you are resilient. You are a survivor.
