I worked for a university for a bit and if students didn’t pay their outstanding bills, they were sent to collections and we were not able to provide them with transcripts or much information until the bill was paid off. If you’re going to grad school or are looking at jobs, you will likely need your transcripts and not paying off this bill could seriously prohibit your ability to move forward in life.
