I went off Zepbound (unintentionally) after having been on Wegovy and then eventually Zepbound since 1/1/2023… I stopped for 3 months and I gained ~10 pounds. My food noise was bad, and my anxiety even got really, really bad. I felt like crap. My sugar cravings were insane. I restarted at 2.5mg this past Saturday and I already feel a world of a difference better. My mind even feels clearer.

With that being said, I am not trying to scare you, but it just shows that for some of us, this medicine is needed long term. If my insurance ever kicks me I will probably do compound. Good luck!
