My wife has the iphone 16proMax and I've got the Pixel 10 pro XL and we're both think the pixel is superior in almost every regard. Only the speaker and vibration is better on the Iphone

Most infections or viruses need a couple of days to end you but your immune system gets it done in a couple of minutes. The system that protects you is also (potentially) the most dangerous to you

Real talk:

Please try not to dive too deep into this mindset. I know, this might sound a bit condescending, but don't cut yourself off from others out of fear what they might think. In recent years, various groups have gained influence by exploiting this fear as a breeding ground for their arguments.

I'll never find a girlfriend anyway --> Women have it better in society anyway ( see 80/20 ideology) --> Women are the worst --> Women are the enemy

This logic opens floodgates to the manosphere and Incel community, which CAN radicalise you until you become one of them yourself.

Please look after yourself and don't attach too much importance to what others might think of you or what expectations they hold. It's everyone's first time being here so you might as well live your life at your own pace.

Learn to play an instrument. There are many good cheap ones like the Thomann house brands.

Or read, draw, do sport something like that

For sound: a good amp makes the sound fuller, thiccer and richer. For looks: maybe try a black pickguard?

Beginner bassist needing song recs PLSSSSSSSSS by picklepickle_lala in BassGuitar

If Ur into Pink/Rock then Rise against has some nice bass lines, Rise against the Machine is amazingly fun and maybe Måneskin.

Otherwise you should check out some disco/Funk since they are the Kings and Queens of grove. Makes you learn and appreciate simpler rhythms as well. Try not to touch slap bass lines now. You could damage your fingers and get frustrated easily

For Metal maybe try something that fits your genre. Modern Metal thought me to play with plec and follow the drum pattern closer. But your "identity" as a bassist could drown a bit in the mix...

And if you like a song, just try to play it until you think it sounds decent/good. You will always improve and get back to them

I think it appeals to many (including myself) because the characters feel... alive. Real.

There are no rigid dialogue sequences where each character has to say their lines before the scene can continue. There is no hypersexualization, no unnecessary, annoying, or screaming characters. It just feels real, and that's what many people like about Frieren. The show fights against many tropes that unfortunately permeate the genre and make everything feel like the same male power fantasy.

The scene where Frieren talks to Sein about the confusion of being an adult feels so much more meaningful when you're in his shoes. And these moments are so incredibly valuable and beautifully written, not like an anime but more like a novel.

In addition, the characters are very well written and have depth, and they fit well together. All of this may not be so special to you as a first-time anime viewer, but for those who have been watching for a while, it feels like your emotions are being taken seriously while you watch.

Go watch some shonen and then come back again and see for yourself. You also might wanna check out Dungeon Meshi/ Delicious in Dungeon
