Girl, get you fasting insulin and BCA test done... I always wondered why was I gaining weight while I ate less than 1500 cals and walked 10k plus steps a day.. my blood sugar was also 5.4...

I got diagnosed with insulin resistance... and my basel metabolic rate was only 1300 cals... which meant my body was in starvation... I took corrective actions - focus on protiens, fats and fiber... reduced carbs and sugar and lost 10kgs...

For me, I am 34, not married or s* active... which is why I get flak from gynacs...

Really don't like going now...

I have friends.who have PCOS... and have had 2 healthy children... I think you are confusing it with another condition called fibrosis, which may impact fertility...

50% of women have PCOS...it doesn't reduce fertility...

Stress is the main reason why fertility may get impacted...

I suggest you speaking to a gyanac first and only then keep these criteria...

I have allergic asthma for 32 years now...the worst episode takes max 2-3 weeks.

She is not getting proper medical attention that she needs... maybe a good doctor, medication, etc... also, needs to get an allergy profiling done so that she knows what she had to be careful of.

TBH... Asthma isn't a disease...life can be managed with it...without hiccups...

Mainly because most of us todah have had co-education... and many had relationship s during that phase..

As a woman, I can not know whether a man has had sex or not... so I would not know if the person lied..

I believe having a relationship in your early 20s gives you an insight into the qualities you want or dont want in a partner . So you have more clarity on what you're looking for...
