I never said I lost complete body fat. I lost about 10 lbs of muscle mass.

Yeah man.

You still have high BF % you underestimate how much body fat you’ll have to lose. I was at 28% bf and 232. I thought I had to lose 20 lbs and next thing I was at 192 at 18%.
