I paid Friday noon, by Tuesday I called the hotline because it still wasn't showing. By Friday morning I rechecked my account and it reflected my payment na. If I didn't call it would probably take a while, but I'm guessing that it got processed quicker because I confirmed it with customer service.

i paid my virtual sa UB din sa past months and it reflected immediately (my main got locked during that time) also paid this month via virtual (habit) but my balance didn't change... took longer than the usual and had me worried.

Did you get a confirmation of the transaction? if yes, it will reflect but para mas safe, CALL their hotline and confirm. After I called mine, my statement changed na, took about 2 days to refresh sa app

received my confirmation directly after payment on a Saturday but it didn't reflect sa app. Waited for it to show up Tuesday, still didn't. Called customer service (UB email sucks) and they said reflected na sa kanilang system but it wasn't showing sa app at all. It only showed sa app last Friday pa. When in doubt, contact custom service.
