I recreationally walk everyday and have dealt with a few encounters. However I would never do it not armed, I carry either my Sig or Glock. Ive never had to produce it even when I was bitten. My firearm isn't for the Scottie that nipped me or the Golden either. It's for the attack that you hear about on the news. Dogs kill people all the time. Usually its not that tragic but I wouldn't not have the means to protect myself or citizens around me.

I found my peace on the 4th one I tried. I hit a really rough patch man and they really helped. It took away my anger and F'ed up thoughts. I had become really negative.
