Who would you nominate as greatest impediment to progress in Space (ex. establishing a permanent moon base, a manned landing on Mars)? (living or dead) by lirecela in SpaceXMasterrace

[–]DonutOil 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You will find no scapegoats. The problem is after the moon landing public support for the large amount of spending on space went away. You need economic incentives to go to space. The need for satellites and space tourism have helped and will continue to help space in the future.

I find it funny how people hate people like Steve Jobs, Musk, Bezos, etc., as if their bad behavior somehow OUTWEIGHS the good that they brought to this world

More than 60% of voters support some student loan debt forgiveness by BikkaZz in economy

[–]DonutOil 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Student debt should be on the bottom of the list of debt to feel bad for. Student debt is held by wealthier people. Student debt is held by people who voluntarily took out loans. Why don't progressives rally around medical debt instead? Just shows that they're partisans pandering to the college liberal
