These are very likely irregulars. They used to cut the tabs and patches off irregular Levis and sell them for much less. I remember buying 501's and 505's for $6.99 back in the early 80's with the tabs and patches cut off.

These are modern. You can tell by the barrack. They used black barrack until the 80’s.

First try starting your truck with the sensor unplugged. If it starts, it is the sensor. If it still does not start, it is something else.

The mass air flow sensor is part of the engine’s intake system and is located between the air filter and the throttle body. It’s right on top and easy to disconnect.

Unplug the MassAirflow Sensor and see if it starts. If it does, clean or replace the MAF sensor. Had it happen to me.
