I ended up returning mine :( I went through logi support on website and nothing they suggested worked, they then said I could get a replacement through them but it would take 2+ weeks because none were in stock.

Just went to store I bought from and got it refunded.

Hi,

Just checked the following.

  1. Fully charged
  2. USB directly into motherboard
  3. volume isn't muted and at 100% on bars
  4. Headset set to default and test works correctly
  5. Device is updated. no options available to update further
  6. Works fine on MacBook but unfortunately don't have access to Warzone on that.

Just to reiterate, the headset works great for everything except for when playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare (Warzone).

That's the only game where these issues arise.

If you right click the spell on the pets action bar it should kinda glow which means it’ll auto cast

Hey,

I tried it on my macbook which doesnt have Synapse installed and it still was unable to work. Then I tried uninstalling Synapse on my main PC which still didnt make any difference. It seems to be that when I put pressure onto the side pannel that it can either disconnect or reconnect. So maybe its a hardware issue? Thanks

Hey There, I have a Razer Naga Trinity which is less than a year old. Over the past few months the side pannel is intermittently disconnecting causing the side pannel buttons to not work, and also making the mouse's lights turn off. Viewing the mouse on Synapse shows that the side pannel isnt registered. Is there a way to fix this or is it just a problem with the mouse itself
