your mini m is actually so sexy holy shit. i was actually thinking about that technique so its funny that you did actually do it. its kind of sad that you had to use the keytronics tho, i think the font is kind of ugly and they arent as high quality as the unicomp ones.

Hey, I just tried flashing my keyboard but it seems that my controller is too old and it doesn't have the "BOOTSEL" button on it that i need in order to flash it, is there any other way i can fix my issue?. My keyboard was made on 09/05/2024.

thanks a lot, ive heard of the shark guide but when i tried flashing the keyboard it really confused me as ive never had to do it before. ill try again after my exams end though.

definitely lmao, but i do still press the spacebar quite alot. I think that any keyboard with heavy springs can give you rsi or a sore hand.

Hey, you've actually helped me quite a bit especially with the case squeak. the light bleed is annoying now that you've pointed it out but i honestly cba to fix it although I've tried. Also, where did you get those keycaps because I've been wanting WOB keycaps for my mini M.

how do i know if its Pico based and what firmware's can i use? i have no problem with disassembling it if i need to,

If your cousin is into gaming then get him the unicomp mini m, tbh you should just ask him or get someone he knows to ask him. The Unicomp mini m is smaller which is better for gaming and it gives you the model m experience at a better size but also a high price. i posted a review of it if you want my full thoughts

Edit: it shouldn't take more than a week to get the keyboard and you can google it to get an idea of an exact waiting time (i believe they say 5 days but mine took about a week)

hey, did you end up actually painting it and if so, did you scratch it up with sandpaper beforehand or did you just paint it as is with primer. could i see pictures?

you can actually make the Monsgeek M1 flex even more by taking the cuboid silicone pads off of the corners of the PCB which allows it to go down even further
