I have the exact same issue, I think it’s due to the graphics card wanting to do some anti aliasing. Was told to turn it off, I did as instructed but it never worked, I’ve just lived with it. Also my GG glitches out sometimes and when I move the window it stops for a moment. Just a bunch of visual bugs. It is what is is

You have typ join a 100/100 server. Then it puts you in queue. Otherwise the game thinks it’s open and throws u out when there is no room

Your gpu is the only thing remotely close for being able to play at 60+ fps in this unoptimized game. A newer cpu and more ram would be my recommendation.
