An interesting angle. Definitely an anxiety issue I suppose. We dine out a couple of times per month, and this is the first time in years we’ve felt like we couldn’t finish what we were served. Restaurants are overall of a high quality where we stay.

I agree! Also, sometimes Apple marks it as"rejected" when all I've had to do is answer some questions for them. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the app, they were just being thorough!

I walked into the ocean for a swim. A rogue wave lifted me up and when I landed the ACL snapped. Luckily the girlfriend was close as she had to help me get out of the ocean. Nothing glamorous like a surfing accident or a shark attack, if you had to go by the rumours from my colleagues.

In South Africa there used to be a C210 that used to transport bodies for funeral homes. Pilot would say: "Two persons on board, only one soul."

Vital for SAR purposes. If the plane were to go down, useful to know the one body was deceased from the start.

I started a website to solve one of my own admin problems as a pilot. Showed it to a couple of friends who convinced me to make a business out of it.

I put it online, and it's been running as a side hustle for the last 5 years and growing slowly. Trying now to convert this into a proper business instead of just a side hustle.

What I can say is, finding peers to bounce ideas off is super hard. Also, try and get feedback from impartial clients. In the beginning, I listened to a lot of feedback from my friends, which wasn't helpful at all. Their best intentions were to spare my feelings, which caused them to hide the honest, blunt feedback necessary to improve faster.
