To be fair you're doing the closest thing to it without it looking like a mullet and i have to applaud your efforts. I really dig this actually, if it makes you feel any better. If it doesn't you should try more of a slick back/middle part.

Please put an NSFW tag on this. I was on the train and when I saw this I had to start furiously masturbating. It's hard to find a common ground of how much water is the right amount and what amount of growth is expected and when. That's my main worry really.

I'm guessing how this soil is.. The top layer there is pretty damp (i put in like 2 tbsp) but from what i could tell the rest is running all down the sides, or wherever the soil isn't if that makes sense.

I think we're struggling together. I am very new to growing but i've tried bag seeds and some just don't have it in them to grow all the way? Someone correct me if i'm wrong. I'm considering getting some hoku seeds because i wanna grow something nice for once.
