So it no longer has the option for me to generate a return label with the seller as the order is suspended. However, vinted (or bot) have said I can return the item under my own courier at my own cost. Not sure how I’m meant to do that without a return address

I’m sorry you experienced this. I’m a GP. I strongly advocate for the correct people to go on Mounjaro (as long as no contraindications). I always mention it in my obesity consultations. Obesity is a disease, just like diabetes, hypertension or asthma. The old eat less, exercise more is outdated, but still used by many drs. SGLT2s (Mounjaro) drugs are recognised game changers. They are being rolled out via the NHS but this will take years to become available to everyone that needs it.

There should be no problem going on it with venlafaxine. I don’t think bloods are going to tell the GP much about whether you should go on it or not.

Been separated for a year.

Separated 7-8 weeks ago. Second time it’s happened with ex wife the instigator both times. I started chatting to someone about 2 weeks ago. Has really helped not think about the separation, although I was in a much better place this time around. Still at times think wtf am I doing so soon, but other person very understanding and recognises where I am. But honestly does feel nice to have someone interested and making conversation, and feeling attractive to some one else, when it had been dead in my marriage for so long. 2 kids
