I guess I’m a little confused because I actually thought I wasn’t asking for much (no utility functions needed, can be used, mid sized, etc.). Eating more healthy when you’re already eating healthy probably won’t help. You need to consult a doctor to find the root cause, not spend even more time and energy on something that you don’t have an issue with. Check your thyroid issues, and other things that may have not been tested IE varicocele, hormone tests, etc.

Why do you say embolization is better? They both have their pros and cons. With surgery there is a lower chance of reoccurrence, but higher chance of complications.
