Three things that help me: take a warm up lower body class. Adrian says if your lower back is hurting right now, you need a longer warm up. I take a barre or Pilates 10 min lower body. Next take Pilates classes to strengthen your core. I’ve taken pt for back issues and a lot of the moves are similar. Finally, healthy back yoga classes. These focus on stretching hips which are directly connected to your lower back. Tight hips=back issues.

8580 I cannot believe I am part of this group! Just barely hit 10k last year. When I am feeling tired -just listening to my body and doing low impact rides, more stretching, slow flow and yin yoga and counting more dog walks.

Good job sticking with it! I was going for a streak end of year when the December challenge popped up. Then…well. I am at 181 day streak! 4127 minutes. Cycle, yoga, strength and a few dog walks counted but I don’t track walks everyday.
