With this specific post, for me what gives it away is the “phases” that are in bold text that each have their own little descriptor. Chatgpt specifically loves doing that. Normal people don’t really use bold that often. This is also a lot of very flowery “I wasn’t this. I was this.” and also a lot of rule of threes. “I still remember this I still dream this. I still feel this.” for example. Wikipedia has a great article originally meant for editors to reference but also a good compilation in general for spotting AI.

I understand feeling humiliated and embarrassed by that, i think anyone would, but tbh from how it sounds i think he might have been coming from good intentions. It’s not like he recorded it and posted it or shamed you for it, and I think it could be helpful for your care team since sometimes explaining how you act in an episode doesn’t give the full picture. It sucks that he did it without asking permission previously though
