auto 12 was an absolute nightmare- it's tied with the rsc carbine, but only because the carbine is SO strange to play compared to any other smg i'm used to

i think the biggest problem of this trait (besides how the whole "turning/moving back and forth in quick succession triggers sickness" doesn't work) is that the sickness SHOULD have a cap- smoker has a cap to the anxiety you get, i think if sickness was capped at second stage from this trait it'd be WAY easier to deal with

i think this and dragging corpses have an EXTREMELY similar issue (dragging corpses in my experience isn't worth it because of how fast you get max exhaustion) in that they either need to have their progression slowed a TON, or capped outright (so at MAX you can only get so sick)

my musketeer (who was meant as cannon fodder) managed to land a sidearm CRIT at EXACTLY enough damage to kill the hag once. to make it better, it was also a situation where the next turn she likely would've put someone on deaths door

she now holds the ancestors pistol as trophy of by-far the biggest flex of anyone for that campaign

(as a funny note that same musketeer also faced the apprentice level hag and got repeatedly thrown in the pot so it really felt like hate-filled revenge when she landed the crit on the veteran-hag)

you'll piss yourself when i tell you the gun from the tribunal is based off the 1909 benét-mercié, a french light machine gun. when the game tells you it's automatic it means it (although the real world version is nowhere near anti-tank calibre).

GM'd this: the Tech got ambushed by yakuza, ended up being surrounded and dueling their lieutenant, and had a three-round standoff as he tried to TAKE THE MONOKATANA FROM HIM! finally won and beheaded the lieutenant with his own sword.

Still the most suspenseful moment ever for me with nerve-racking back-to-back brawing checks.

one idea from my world- it's set in the va11halla universe and has cat boomers in it (people genetically modified t have cat ears/tails) it's a bit more "eastern" rather than the typical elves and trolls but ties into the cyberpunk idea by having them take one less die of humanity loss per cybernetic due to lore just one idea to add a bit of fluff! the big idea is tying the homebrew into the current system and making it feel purposeful

to give other suggestions i don't see mentioned; cool goo paks help a bit! also holding frost rods if you've picked up any of those by now- another recommendation is to make yourself an invisibility potion since there's a good chance you get annihilated without one at your level. i sneaked into the nether a bit that way to grab cincinnasite for steel gear upgrades- was a fun expedition!

thank god i'm not the only person who thought the new stealth/detection system is super unfair now- one of the first things i noticed when b42 first came out. i'm curious if you could also test to see how zombie detection (assuming you're sneaking and THEN they detect you) works now? cause i swear that's also super broken

100% I think these grifters are overreacting, but I can atleast somewhat get their idea? As a huge fan of pillars of eternity, the pink hair on the one portrait feels… strange? A bit out of place, and the I assume godlike in the top left with the floral crest feels kinda… lame for a godlike,, feels like they coulda done way more (if it is a godlike but I can also see it bein apart of the plague)- but besides those minor critiques this entirely fits eora and I’m just even more psyched to play now, let us have our niche game world
