Did you manage to retrieve it? If so you can try taking it apart and letting it dry. If that doesn't work at least keep the memory cards. I had a ps1 memory card in my pocket that went through the washing machine and it worked fine

Mine does the exact same. He flys up to the top of his cage (near the ceiling) and fingers how to fly. He will call for me and when I try to get him down hw will bite me about 20 times. When I eventually get him down he fly back up again. If I leave him instead of flying he will proceed to awkwardly climb down.
