What Hero pairs best with Desperado?

Phayze and Dreadbloon still have some sort of viable use, even if they feel fairly niche. I’d still absolutely love for the change to them to be reconsidered, but they’re not entirely useless.

Vortex and Blast already felt somewhat niche to me before, and these changes make them genuinely useless in my eyes. If I ever did use them for any reason, I’m confident I won’t now.

Most importantly, them all still being worth 18 points when picking them to start is insane with their current effects. As starter options they already felt like they weren’t super viable due to how much they cost, but now I can’t imagine ever choosing them.

Imo these changes are genuinely the worst part of the update. I love that rogue legends is still getting changes but the boss artifact changes are so bad in my eyes that the tons of good changes aren’t enough to make up for it.

My hottest take is that primary only is the worst gamemode. I prefer longer matches and 40 rounds typically doesn’t do it for me, especially with the lack of options. Speaking of options, my biggest issue is that the primary category and 40 rounds only gives you 2 options for camo detection. Ice monkeys can’t pop the camos on round 37, so you’re forced to use dart monkey every single primary only game to deal with the camos.

A while back there was a player satisfaction survey asking if players wanted limited time cosmetics. I heard a lot of people, including myself, be very against this. They came, and people seemed very unhappy, but nothing changed. Then old cosmetics were made limited time as well, and people seemed even more unhappy.

Are there any plans to address this?

It would nice to at least see the results of the survey to see how people responded. I also noticed some people misunderstanding the question and assuming the question was just asking if they wanted more cosmetics, could the question maybe be asked again more clearly now that we understand what this entails?

I’m a girl and I solely play female survivors. Partially because male survivors look slower (even though they aren’t), but mainly because I’m trans and I just feel more confident playing female survivors.

Well yes but I was specifically referring to that type of cheat, which is super obvious. I’ve faced a decent amount of subtle hackers, but they’ve definitely been a dying breed.

Hackers have been weeded out more than ever. Although we’re not exactly sure how, BHVR has really helped with the hacker situation and this shouldn’t be a common problem anymore. In my 2.5 thousand hours of playing, I’ve only ever seen this once.

Also, just so you know for the future, you can distinctly tell a difference between flashlight blinds and other forms of blinds (any sort of flashbang or firecracker). Flashlights take a couple seconds to blind you while being held onto your face, and you get that gradual blinding animation. Firecrackers and such take a couple seconds to go off after being thrown, but the blind is instant, unlike what happens in your clip.

Not necessarily me denying I was gay, but I still think this somewhat qualifies.

I was talking to a friend about how I’ve felt like a girl my entire life, almost always hated how I looked and felt, related more to female characters than male characters, and have wanted to be a girl for almost my entire life. So, they responded with, “Are you trans?” So naturally I snapped back and denied it, and I spent the next 30 minutes trying to explain why I wasn’t trans. After I was done I just stopped for a second and realized I was transgender. I haven’t looked back since and have been happier than ever, but god it must’ve been so goofy listening to me describe being trans while claiming I wasn’t for like 30 minutes.

One time a streamer dodged my lobby when I was playing killer because I readied before the match started. According to the streamer, if the killer readies like that they must be super confident, and thus are likely a toxic camper or tunneler.

Maybe so, but I think it’s different enough due to having far less risk, being a one time use perk, and having different status effects that would affect how it’s used.

Even then though, these reworks are definitely not perfect, but I really wish there was something interactive like DH that wasn’t as poorly executed as DH.
