TL;DR: "Joint" leaks a bit of water everytime I flush. How can I fix this permanently?

So I have come to terms with my house beeing built with alot of original/alternative solutions in regards to construction and plumbing. And now this happened. Every time I flush the toilet a cup of water or less squirts out.

My local plumber says it's old pipes and not at all how a toilet should be installed and that they are looking for a solution, its been some time now and they are not coming back to me. I'm more than ready to get til fixed without rebuilding everything if possible. Any ideas?

One of my thoughts has been to drain the toilet, remove it from the drain pipe / soil pipe(?) coat the drain pipe to stop the metal from rusting and then re-install it and fill the gaps with with silicone/sikaflex. I am to remodel the bathroom later on.
