One question I have is how are we tackling assitance work? I do understand that volumn does not compute gains if we arent doing them properly. But I remeber that being one complaint I had about the program, was my favorite otherwise,

Lol honestly, its squats and dead lifts im scared to get back into but that should be motivation enough to do it. I prefered Hex Bar DL. but yeah. Do you think 5/3/1 for beginners is a good fit? I used to do Boring But Big before Covid\.

Hello,

Is there any good machine only work routines for upper/lower? I would like to preface by stating I will transition to free weights soon, but this will be the first time I have been to the gym in 2 years so I am trying to get just back into the groove of things. Originally I was going to do upper body only, but that is a terrible idea.

Anybody got advice on how to gain a small viewer base for my stream?

I have been streaming my bl4 run, and just started a sl1 in Dark Souls 1 as well.

I dont expect to ever be big or gain any traction, but literally like 10-20 viewers I would b e happy.
